Fresh Flavors for our New Spring Menu

Spring is officially here, and Dos Caminos has revamped its menu with fresh tastes for the new season!

From our Ceviche Bar, Lobster Apasionada has been added, a sweet and savory mix of passion fruit, papaya and habanero. Quesadillas Potosinas and Lobster Tostaditos Acapuleño, with steamed lobster, citrus, tomatoes and serrano chiles are great for starters and to share among the table.

We’re also offering refreshing twists to some our favorite house specialties. Salmon A La Plancha is now served with baby market potatoes, ejotes with chiles and herbs and pipian verde, and our Pan-Seared Free Range Chicken is accompanied by coconut-cauliflower ‘rice’.

Introducing a new entrée, the Shrimp Alambre includes marinated shrimp skewers, red peppers, red onion, bay leaf, cherry tomatoes, served over herbed rice and grapefruit-thyme mojo. In addition, our new Vegetales Tacos are a healthful mix of wild mushrooms, lemon-spiked goat cheese and crispy fresh chickpeas.
