The Mexican holiday celebration begins on the eve of December 16th and continues every night through Nochebuena on December 25th. Friends, families and neighbors gather for a midnight feast until the wee hours of the morning. Celebrate las Posadas at Dos Caminos as Executive Chef Ivy Stark show you how to create a sizzling holiday dinner with handmade cocktails, and traditional holiday favorites. For $75, the demonstration cooking class includes lunch, cocktails, recipes and a copy of Dos Caminos Tacos featuring recipes from Dos Caminos.
