Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City Debuts Two New Restaurants on May 24^th and May 25^th

Atlantic City, N.J. (May 24, 2011) – Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City will officially open two new restaurants this week: Luke Palladino at Harrah’s Resort, opening today, Tuesday, May 24^th and Dos Caminos on Wednesday, May 25^th.

Luke Palladino at Harrah’s Resort is a seasonally-driven Italian-inspired restaurant offering savory Italian dishes using fresh, locally-sourced produce and sought-after gourmet ingredients from native Italian regions. Executive chef Luke Palladino will be making his return to the Atlantic City culinary scene with this highly anticipated new venture.  Luke Palladino at Harrah’s Resort will be open Monday through Wednesday, 5pm-9pm, Friday 5pm-10pm, and Saturday through Sunday 5pm-11pm. Dos Caminos is renowned for exceptional food and fun, festive environment. Executive chefs Ivy Stark and Scott Linquist will serve top quality, authentic Mexican delights including signature dishes like tacos, ceviche, and guacamole. The newest addition to Harrah’s Resort will bring the fun, high energy atmosphere from New York City straight to Atlantic City this summer. Dos Caminos will be open Sunday through Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday through Saturday 5pm-1am. Reservations can be made by calling (609) 441-5575.
