Margarita Day 2/22

Margarita Day 2/22

In honor of the very important holiday, Margarita Day, on Friday February 22, we will be mixing and shaking up our very best margaritas all over town for you! Try our famous El Camino for an after work treat or mix it up with a Smoky Spicy Mezcal Margarita -- you can't go wrong! We will be serving the best margs in the city everywhere on the 22nd, so round up your troops for an afterwork debrief session and some quality relaxation time with the best de-stressor around: tequila! Ole!

**UPDATE** in honor of Margarita Day we asked guests to submit their OWN margarita recipes and promised to post our favorite one, here is Courtney Dornell's margarita recipe -- thanks, Courtney! Sounds delicious:

"I am creating this margarita in honor of American Heart Month. It is called the Corazón Margarita and it is a celebratory cocktail to celebrate life:

2 oz Patron Reposado (You can subsitute Patron Silver if you want a milder cocktail)

1 oz Grand Marnier

Raspberries and/or Strawberries (red is for the heart)

2-4 Thai Basil Leaves

Squeeze 1/2 lime

Carambolas aka Star Fruit (Great for your heart and full of fiber – you can use a green one to substitute for lime since it will be tart)

Directions: Muddle the berries and mint. Add the Grand Marnier, lime juice, and ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with Star Fruit. Toast to the heart and enjoy!"
