Make Your Favorite Guacamole At Home
There’s nothing quite like enjoying our variety of guacamole recipes paired with a prickly pear margarita, with delicious entrees to follow. However, we know that our guests can’t always make it to our locations, and we don’t blame you. On the days that you can’t, we want you to be able to enjoy one of our classic recipes at home!
Guacamole is at its best when it’s made just before being served. Another key to success is California-grown Hass avocados, because they have a creamier, denser texture than all other varieties.
For your feasting pleasure, please enjoy the recipe to our traditional mild guacamole below.
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves
2 teaspoons finely chopped white onion
2 teaspoons minced jalapeno or serrano chilies, seeds and membrane’s removed if desired
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 large ripe avocadoes, preferably Hass variety, peeled and seeded
2 tablespoons cored, seeded, and finely chopped plum tomatoes (about 1 small tomato)
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
Taste to ensure correct, and start the fiesta.
